James Emerson has been an active performer in the local music scene for over a decade and has studied under some of Australia’s most prolific guitarists including Mark Johns and Jeremy Sawkins. His sound is a rich blend of musical styles showcasing swinging walking bass lines, chordal improvisations and soulful melodies.

Veteran bassist Geoff Rosenberg has toured and recorded with Blackfeather, legendary Melbourne band Stockley See and Mason, The Eurogliders, The Flaming Hands, James Blundell, Nathan Cavalieri, Baby Loves to Cha Cha, the Mighty Reapers, Continental Robert, Rick Melick, Lisa Ohlback, George Washingmachine and The Acca Daiquiris just to name a few. He currently performs around Sydney in his own trio ‘The Burglars’ with vocalist Nick Norton, the current frontman for iconic Aussie band ‘The Angels’.

Matt Moore

Whether it’s Jazz, Funk, Soul, Blues, vibrant Brazilian grooves, energetic African beats, a musical, or New Orleans Jazz, drummer Matt Moore thrives on creating music through a variety of styles. He has been a core member of Frank Zappa tribute band ‘Petulant Frenzy‘ for 10 years and played drums in the 2018 motion picture ‘Ladies In Black‘ (Sony Pictures, directed by Bruce Beresford, on-screen & soundtrack). As well as leading his own New Orleans-style group ‘Dr. Dan and the Gris Gris Combo,’ he leads a new organ/guitar/drums trio called ‘Jazzscape Trio.‘ Matt has performed with renowned artists such as Dan Barnett, Lionel Cole (The Voice), Pat Powell, Clayton Doley, George Ellis, Kate Miller-Heidke, Marina Prior, Mark Vincent, Denny Walley (USA), Joan Rivers (USA), George Perris (Greece), Sylvie Palladino, Billy Field, Sean Wayland, Tim Hopkins, Alister Spence, Dale Barlow, Lily Dior, Blood Blossoms (2 albums), Jonathon Welch (OAM), Slim Dusty (AO, MBE), Matt McMahon, and Jeremy Sawkins.
